PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Bergen Lane provided financial modeling support and prepared equity marketing materials for their client during the acquisition of a 311,000 SF industrial complex just outside Dallas, TX. As the property sits on over 50 acres, the acquisition was a strategic, "covered land play" by the sponsor who ultimately planned to market the property to an industrial developer.
As a result, the sponsor was able to successfully raise the entire equity amount required prior to closing. The sponsor also elected to retain Bergen Lane to provide ongoing financial analysis with respect to the asset management of the project.
