The Bergen Lane real estate consulting platform was born as a way to meet a growing demand for reliable, timely financial analysis for commercial real estate projects. In an industry that has historically relied on large amounts of human capital to achieve institutional quality investment analysis, the vision for Bergen Lane revolves around bringing high quality investment analysis within reach to firms of all sizes.

What began as a passion project for a few select clients, has grown into a full scale consulting platform that services dozens of clients from institutional investors to individual real estate investors.
ABOUT DAN JOHNSTON
Dan Johnston is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with experience in both private equity capacities, as well as investment sales. As an Acquisitions professional with a private equity firm based in Dallas, TX, Dan has been directly involved in the acquisition of over $250M of commercial real estate. As the principal of Bergen Lane, Dan oversees all consulting engagements and strategic partnerships.
