As this client evaluated the disposition of a 367,000 SF office property in Houston, TX, Bergen Lane worked in tandem with an investment sales team to provide a comprehensive cash flow analysis prior to being listed for sale.
Beyond the pro-forma financial analysis, Bergen Lane also assembled lease abstracts for major tenants, a rollover schedule of the tenant rent roll, and an in-depth sensitivity analysis around numerous variables.
